Real Estate is more than the size of lot, number of bedrooms and main base square feet. It's about having a place to live, work and play. Let me use my years of experience and wealth of resources work for you. I'm a Cedar Valley native who chose to return to the midwest after residing in both Georgia and Colorado. My wife Beth & I have a homestead just west of Cedar Falls in New Hartford. Cows, chickens, horses, bees, barn cats and our dogs round out the menagerie! Our 3 children still call the Cedar Valley home working in nursing, education and construction. Our passions are anything which brings us in touch with people and the outdoors. From horse back riding & ultra-marathons to raising animals & gardening, we relish being part of nature. I am a certified Firefighter with New Hartford Fire Rescue and an active supporter of CVAST(Cedar Valley Association for Soft Trails) along with supporting many other worthy causes. I am a fervent advocate for home ownership, property rights and community involvement. I'm blessed to have a career which allows me to express that and help others find their "Perfect Place"! I was co-owner of RE/MAX Cedar Valley, RE/MAX CV Waverly and RE/MAX CV Commerical until 2011 when our firm was merged into RE/MAX Home Group. I served in various roles with the Iowa Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors from 2002-2009. I have been licensed in Iowa since 1999 and involved with Real Estate since 1993.
