I was born in Dubuque and when I moved away for about a decade I realized how special Dubuque is. It is a growing, vibrant community that is not afraid to take chances and spend money to invest in our city. Our school and park systems are wonderful. For these and many other reasons I enjoy introducing "transplants" into our community. Helping clients relocate often goes beyond home viewing and buying and can take many directions. Lenders, dentists, doctors, churches, schools, grocery stores,shopping, parks, etc. It is important to me that you start off feeling at home in this city I love! Finding your new home is the "fun" part of my job. Who doesn't like looking at houses? But my specialty is in negotiating your deal, protecting your interests, and seeing you get to a successful closing. My goal is to do this and at the same time minimize the stress and inconvenience to you. Working with buyers and securing them the best deal often means negotiating a lower price-and my commission. That's why buyer representation can't just be about securing future sellers or a way to make money in between listings. It needs to be what you enjoy. Buyer representation is my passion! And my home sellers benefit from my knowledge of what motivates buyers. I have been selling real estate in Dubuque for 14 years; 12 of those years as a broker associate. I am ready to work for you!
