Elliott Halsch

About Elliott Halsch

Elliott was born into the real estate business. He grew up flipping houses with his family and working for a contractor that specializes in restoring historic homes in the summer. His parents made sure he was heavily involved with every real estate transaction. This gave him the opportunity to learn from one of the top brokers in the area. Every weekend they were either remodeling a house or at open houses finding a new property to work on. These experiences gave him a strong background in understanding property values, remodeling, home improvement, investing, and negotiating. Elliott's journey as a Realtor started with a mission to create a one of a kind real estate experience that would drastically exceed customer service expectations in the industry! That mission propelled him to become one of the best agents in Iowa where he was named rookie of the year and top producer. His work ethic is the key attribute that differentiates him from the other top tier Realtors . Elliott believes a great agent must be empathetic to be able to connect with clients due to their different circumstances, wants, needs, and goals that lead them to buy and sell real estate. His main priority is to learn about you and why you're considering a transition. When you work with Elliott you will be backed by his experience, his insights, as well as his team support. They are extremely creative in finding the best on and off-market housing solutions for their buyers. At the end of the day it's all about YOU! When you choose Elliott to sell your home, he will market it to an extent unmatched by any other Realtor. He invests a great deal of time, energy, and money to ensure not only the highest sales price possible for your home, but that the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
